These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of corevyl.com (the "Site") and your engagement with CoreVyl Technologies ("CoreVyl," "we," "us"). By using the Site or booking a consultation with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

CoreVyl provides operations and marketing automation services for local service businesses, including lead capture, follow-up automation, scheduling, and related systems. The Site describes these services generally; the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any engagement will be set out in a separate agreement or proposal between CoreVyl and the client.

Free Growth Audit

The free growth audit is a complimentary consultation intended to review your current lead and customer process. It does not create any obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement.

No Guarantee of Results

CoreVyl's systems and automations are designed to help you capture, respond to, and follow up with leads more effectively. Actual outcomes — including how many leads convert into booked or completed jobs — depend substantially on your business's own follow-through, pricing, service quality, market conditions, and other factors outside CoreVyl's control. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or booking volume.

Scheduling

Consultations booked through our scheduling tool are subject to availability. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, and the CoreVyl name and logo — is owned by CoreVyl or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreVyl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Any liability for paid engagements will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
